Most years we take a trip into the mountains to see all the Fall color. No, it is not quite the color of the Appalachians, but it is beautiful nonetheless. The best time to go is during the week. If you go on the weekend, prepare for bumper to bumper traffic and long delays. After seeing some of the color, we stopped by Mueller State Park for a nice picnic lunch.
