Doug is retired from 30 years as a Police Officer in California. He did a lot of good for people, but is grateful to be retired in mostly one piece.
He had a second career at a ministry in Colorado Springs as a Tech Support person for Macintosh computers. He learned a lot there. It was a fun job, but totally different from Police work which was a good thing.
He finally really retired and got interested in the Linux OS. The Linux OS has been around a long time and is fun to tinker with. He is still using a Mac as his primary computer though
He is still doing some woodworking and gardening with his wife Carol.
