I have had sinus problems for many years. I had several surgeries over that time, but nothing solved my sinus drainage issues. So, I have finally given up on various treatments and purchased an adjustable bed. An adjustable bed is like a hospital bed that elevates. You can sleep in a more sitting-up position, which helps tremendously with sinus drainage issues.
There are a ton of adjustable beds out there. Some of the more prominent ones are just too expensive for our budget. So, I researched the mid-range models, many of which get good reviews. I settled on a Ghostbed. Here is the model that I am using.

This is a Queen size, I have a TwinXL size. I bought what is more commonly referred to as a “Hybrid”. It has many layers of foam and also inner spring coils. This particular bed is a little firmer than I like, but you can get various levels of softness.
They give you a remote that raises the head area and also the foot area. You need to experiment with the settings to get it just right. I have been using this adjustable bed for about two months. It does take some getting used to, but I am glad I went this route.
If you are thinking about an adjustable bed, then do your online research. There are tons of them out there. Most of these companies do not have a showroom, so you have to rely on research and reviews. They all have a return policy of at least three months up to a year.
