Apple just finished with their yearly WWDC (Worldwide Developer’s Conference). There is not much new stuff added to the various operating systems they run and maintain, except for the AI space.
Apparently, Apple has made vast improvements to their AI engine in their operating systems. What interests me the most is macOS. I tried the current version of AI in macOS Tahoe. It was OK, but it did not do anything that I really needed. However, the new and improved AI version coming in macOS 27 Golden Gate may be a different story. Only time will tell. macOS 27 will not be released until September, so I will have to wait.
I am not against using AI on my Mac, but it has to assist with my current workflow. The first release did not do that, perhaps the upcoming version may be more useful.
